Details

The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) have published a report containing recommendations on how the UK can encourage international investment, innovation and improve safety in the medical devices area through regulatory and non-regulatory changes.

In these letters, the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care respond to the RHC’s report.
