This report sets out the Government’s response to the recommendations of four reports relating to the abuse of trust by health professionals: the fifth report of the Shipman Inquiry (Cm 6394-I/II/III, ISBN 9780101639422, published in December 2004) and the reports of the Ayling (Cm 6298, ISBN 9780101629829), Neale (Cm 6315, ISBN 9780101631525) and Kerr/Haslam Inquiries (Cm 6640-I and II, ISBN 9780101664028).
