The Government’s response to the Independent Review of the Windsor Framework is published in accordance with its legal duty under Schedule 6A NI Act 1998. It follows the Democratic Consent Vote held in the Northern Ireland Assembly in December 2024 and the publication of the Independent Review in September 2025.
