Details

The Government has published two responses to a set of reports on the administration of the 2010 UK Parliamentary General Election.

The first of these responds to the Electoral Commission’s reports on the Election and incorporates recommendations from reports by other stakeholders where appropriate, including the Association of Electoral Administrators, SCOPE and the Greater London Assembly’s Elections Review Working Group.

The second response addresses recommendations made by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR), which sent a team of observers to report on the administration of the 2010 General Election.

Links to the individual reports covered by the responses can be found within the documents.
