Details
The draft Health Service Safety Investigations Bill was published in September 2017 and was scrutinised by a joint committee of MPs and peers. Their report was published in August 2018.
In the government’s response to the report, the government commits to developing the bill taking into account the committee’s recommendations and will look to introduce a revised bill soon.
