  1. A new version of the glue trap reference form has been added.

  2. Updated the reference form with a new condition: referees must have observed the applicant using a glue trap to capture rodents if the applicant passed RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management after 31 July 2024.

  3. Amended the title of the 'Wildlife management and licensing reference form' to 'Glue trap reference form'.

  4. First published.

Use ‘A15 licence application form’ to apply for an individual glue trap licence.

Use ‘CL53 class licence: application to register’ to apply for a class licence.

Use ‘Report of action taken under A15 licence’ to report back to Natural England.

Use the ‘Glue trap reference form’ to provide a reference in support of a glue trap licence.
