Paper by the Global Health Governance, Usher Institute on COVID-19 testing strategy. This paper was made available between SAGE meetings 5 to 8 in February 2020, but not considered or discussed in a meeting. As new evidence or data emerges, SAGE updates its advice accordingly.
These documents are released as pre-print publications that have provided the government with rapid evidence during an emergency. These documents have not been peer-reviewed and there is no restriction on authors submitting and publishing this evidence in peer-reviewed journals.
