The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from K W 1000 Limited.

Deposit of waste to land as a recovery operation The operator has submitted an application for a bespoke deposit for recovery activity permit. Activities will consist of the treatment and deposit of 150,00m3 of inert aggregates for the re-profiling of the Cotswolds Hills Golf Course to specifications outlined in their approved waste recovery plan.
The operation of the site will be subject to a dust management plan to ensure sensitive receptors will not be impacted by dust emissions from the site.
