The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Moreton C. Cullimore (Gravels) Limited.
The proposed variation changes a standard rules permit into a bespoke permit.

Treatment of waste to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate. This is being varied to include the activity of dewatering in a fully contained construction, with the addition of a new waste code 20 03 03 (street-cleaning residues) so that the resultant waste can be used in the aggregate production.
