Gift Aid schedule spreadsheets to claim back tax on donations

Use these schedule spreadsheets to claim back tax through Gift Aid, Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme (GASDS) or other income using Charities Online.

  5. The English and Welsh versions of the Gift Aid donations schedule and Gift Aid donations schedule LibreOffice spreadsheets have been updated. The aggregated donations amount has changed from £30 to £20 on both spreadsheets.

  7. A new link has been added to provide guidance on getting the right software to open the schedule spreadsheets.

  8. The Welsh versions of the following spreadsheets have been updated: GASDS community buildings schedule - Excel, GASDS community building schedule - LibreOffice. Both spreadsheets contain additional information, highlighted in red, on how to complete the schedules.

Download the appropriate schedule spreadsheet to tell HMRC about donations to your charity or Community Amateur Sports Club when you submit a claim using Charities Online.

Follow the instructions in the schedule spreadsheet to give details of your donations.

Do not exceed the maximum number of lines on the schedule spreadsheet or change the name tab at the bottom left of the spreadsheet.
