- achieving 1 A* to C in science subjects nationally
- achieving 2 A* to C in science subjects nationally
- entered for triple science nationally
2. Release
The percentage of pupils at the end of key stage 4 achieving 1 A* to C in science nationally is given in table 9 of the following statistical first release (SFR) ‘GCSE and equivalent results in England, 2011/12 (Revised)’ which was published on 24th January 2013.
49.3% of pupils at the end of key stage 4 are achieving 2 A* to C in science (based on the English Baccalaureate science component) in 2011 to 2012 academic.
24.6% of pupils at the end of key stage 4 were entered for GCSE triple science in 2011 to 2012 academic year.
