Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by G S Couriers (Nottingham) Ltd with effect from 23:45 on 15 November 2019
  • disqualify G S Couriers (Nottingham) Ltd from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 6 months
  • disqualify Richard Gethings-Smith from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 6 months
  • disqualify Louise Gethings-Smith from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 6 months
  • refuse the application made by the company in the North Eastern Traffic area
  • no action taken against Mark Scholey
