The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from M J Teale Plant Hire Limited.

SR2010 No12: Treatment of waste to produce soil <75,000 tpy The application has been submitted by M J Teale Plant Hire Limited to convert their existing Standard Rules Permit SR2010 No 12 to a bespoke permit. This is a substantial variation and the changes sought are as follows: increase of annual throughput to 150,000 tonnes per annum and addition of aggregate washing plant. We are seeking your views only on the changes being sought to convert to a bespoke permit.
