The estate management standards are a progressive framework to give colleges (including further education colleges, land-based colleges and designated institutions) clear, practical guidance to understand where to begin, how to improve and how to make best use of expert advice around estate management.
Sixth form colleges should refer to the school estate management standards.
This document is useful if you have responsibility for overseeing or managing a further education estate, for example:
