Details
The Accountant General’s Accounts cover the year ended 28 February 2025. They have been prepared in accordance with the direction given by HM Treasury in pursuance of Section 45(2) of the Administration of Justice Act 1982 (the Act). The Accounts record dealings in cash, securities and physical effects held in the civil courts of England and Wales. Deposits under the various enactments referred to in Section 40 of the Act are not segregated in the Accounts.
