Thank you for your information request, dated 08 August, where you asked for the percentage (%) traceability achieved by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust , as reported in the annual Blood Bank compliance reports.
I am pleased to provide you with the information requested, see below.
For Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust the reported percentages are as follows:
2015 – Q1 99.1%, Q2 98.32%, Q3 97.87%, Q4 98.80%
2016 – Q1 99.29%, Q2 98.87%, Q3 98.07%, Q4 99.50%
2017 - Q1 99.66%, Q2 99.23%, Q3 99.45%, Q4 98.75%
2018 – Q1 99.48%, Q2 99.41%, Q3 98.99%, Q4 99.53%
2019 – Q1 99.82%, Q2 99.19%, Q3 99.68%, Q4 99.17%
2020 – Q1 99.04%, Q2 99.74%, Q3 99.66%, Q4 99.84%
2021 – Q1 99.52%, Q2 99.78%, Q3 99.69%, Q4 99.93%

In the case of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust the site has a Blood Establishment Authorisation and is therefore not required to submit annual Blood Bank compliance reports.
