Thank you for your email dated 26th May. We can confirm that we do not hold the requested information, however based on the new GVP guidelines for the RMP, no concerns need to be included in the list of safety concerns in the RMP for Formoterol Fumarate/Fluticasone Propionate (Flutiform) i.e. the word ‘none’ can be added to each category in the table of safety concerns.
