  1. Who is your preferred supplier for MFD/Printer Hardware? (Please state in multiple suppliers). The current supplier of MFD/printers to the Agency is Canon UK ltd (MFDs and Printers - Contracts Finder)

  2. Please state the number of printers currently within the organisation, to include a breakdown of MFDs (multi functional devices), Print Room devices and desktop printers. All the information requested can be found in the redacted version of the contract with Canon on Contract finder (MFDs and Printers - Contracts Finder)

  3. What are your current annual page volumes (split by Colour and Mono)
    B/W – 356,364 , Colour – 129,698

  4. What is the approximate annual spend for both hardware and services ? £30k

  5. What date is your contract due for renewal ? Our existing arrangement with Canon expires on 30th August 2022 as stated in the award notice on Contracts finder (MFDs and Printers - Contracts Finder)

  6. Which procurement route or framework was used to procure this service? This contract was procured via Crown Commercial services RM3781Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print and Content Services and Records and Information Management framework. Lot 2.
