1. ICT/IM&T/IS Strategy- The IT department strategy or plans, highlights their current and future objectives. – Attached.
2. ICT Org Chart- A visual document that presents the structure of the IT department, please include name and job titles. If this cannot be sent, please work towards a structure with job titles. – Attached
3. ICT Annual or Business Plan- Like the ICT strategy but is more annually focused. – The Agency Delivery Plan can be found on its website at: Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency Delivery Plan 2021-2023 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
4. ICT Capital Programme/budget- A document that shows financials budget on current and future projects.
The budget for our 2021/22 capital programme is attached. Our capital programme for next year is not yet agreed as the Agency will lose its Trading Fund status at the end of March 2022. This means that all funding for our capital programme is now provided via the Government’s Spending Review process for 2022 onwards. We do not yet know the outcome of that process for the MHRA and are not sure when we will receive this information. Until we receive this information we are not able to confirm our capital programme, and therefore budget, for 2022/2023.
