The CHM is advised by Expert Advisory Groups (EAGs) and by Expert Working Groups (EWGs). The EAGs are permanent bodies and minutes of their meetings are published. The Expert Working Groups are different from the EAGs, they are not permanent bodies and minutes of their meetings are not published.
However please note that the decision-making body is the Commission on Human Medicines and the minutes of the CHM meetings summarise the information that was considered when regulatory decisions are made.
If you disagree with how we have interpreted the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in answering your request, you can ask for an internal review. Please reply to this email, within two months of this reply, specifying that you would like an Internal Review to be carried out.
