(i) how many were complained against
(ii) the names of the persons complained against
(iii) the date of the complaints
(iv) how many cases were summarily dismissed
(v) how many cases were investigated in full by the Judicial and Legal Service Commission or otherwise
(vi) the nature of the complaints (theft, perjury, fraud, failure to investigate, failure to discipline other officers, violation of the Public Service Values or Public Service Code of Conduct, respectively sections 4 and 5 of the Public Service Management Act
(vii) what the decision were made by the Governor was
(viii) the date of the decision by the Governor.
