The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- suspend the operator licence held by Foreign Car Spares Ltd for 28 days with effect from 00:01 on 1 January until 00:01 on 29 January 2019
- not allow the operator’s specified vehicle to be used on any other operator’s licence during the period of suspension
- curtail the operator’s licence with immediate effect for an indefinite period of time from 4 vehicles to one
