- record a formal warning and direct the curtailment of this operator’s licence as follows: from 80 vehicles and 57 trailers to 67 vehicles and 50 trailers with effect from 23:45 hours on 4 January 2019, this order continuing for a period of 3 weeks ending at the same time on 25 January 2019; Thereafter the licence will be curtailed indefinitely to 74 vehicles and 57 trailers
- issue a formal warning against Mark Dean Jones regarding repute
