The reports for the period 1 April 2020 to 30 September 2022 contain information about:

the requests we received - how many we received and how many we were still processing at the end of the reporting period

Replaced the single performance report file with separate files for each financial year. Reports from quarter 2 of the 2022 to 2023 financial year onwards use a different reporting format to the others. The new format provides greater transparency over this area of SIA activity.
