This request was for anonymised information on the number of shifts where payments have been made over the agency price caps. The request asked for the information to be broken down by week and staff groups. It followed a previous request.

Monitor held the information requested and released information on how many shifts exceeded the agency price caps by trust on an anonymised basis from 23 November.
