Details

This request was for information on the breaches of the agency price caps since the implementation in November 2015. The request asked for the information to be broken down by week and staff groups.

Monitor held the information requested and released information on how many shifts had breached the agency price caps from 23 November to 28 December 2015.

Monitor withheld the numbers from 28 December 2015 up until the date of the request as this information is intended for future publication.
