The Focus on Enforcement project asks the public to help identify where regulation can be improved, reduced or done differently.

This paper examines the regulatory barriers, or perceived barriers, that exist in the organisation and running of volunteer led events. The review concentrates on events run on a voluntary basis, rather than on volunteering itself.
