The Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme (FLOWMIS) supports the delivery of port infrastructure to facilitate floating offshore wind.

The evaluation explores how the scheme was delivered and identifies what worked well and what could have been improved. It also suggests improvements for future schemes.
