Fish oil model health certificates: version history

Applies to England, Scotland and Wales
Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

Published May 2022:
- This certificate will be accepted until 29 April 2024. This is the last date (inclusive) that this certificate will be accepted, based on the date it was signed, not the date the consignment arrives in Great Britain.
- I.6: removed “Channel Islands and Isle of Man”

- I.27: removed “Channel Islands and Isle of Man”
- Part II: removed “of the European Parliament and of the Council” from the opening paragraph
