Details
The further education (FE) professional development grants pilot was designed to improve the professional development and training of the FE workforce through collaborative sector-led initiatives, and was split into 3 priority themes:

workforce capability and confidence to use technology effectively in education

subject-specific professional development
-
supporting new and inexperienced teachers
22 projects received pilot funding to create and develop:
- digital continuous professional development (CPD) products
- teacher training programmes
- teaching and curriculum resources
FE providers and other staff may find these useful.
