Fats model health certificates: version history

Applies to England, Scotland and Wales
Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.
GBHC099X RFF: Rendered fats for feed from EU countries
Version 3.1
Published October 2022:
- This certificate will be accepted until 29 April 2024. This is the last date (inclusive) that this certificate will be accepted, based on the date it was signed, not the date the consignment arrives in Great Britain.
- Part II: removed references to Commission Decision 2007/453 in each place they occurred. Replaced with references to a document relating to ‘BSE risk status’ published on gov.uk, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 999/2001
- Part II: replaced reference to ‘OIE’ to reference to ‘WOAH (formerly OIE)’
- Added: new footnote (2) with a link to a document on data.gov
