1. Notice under Condition GQCov1.1(b)

Ofqual gives notice under Condition GQCov1.1(b) that the remaining Conditions in the GQCov Framework will be disapplied in respect of GQ Qualifications[footnote 1] as specified below.

This notice follows on from the previous notice published under Condition GQCov1.1(b) on 16 October 2020. That previous notice disapplied certain Conditions in the GQCov Framework but allowed other Conditions to remain in force to make provision for appeals and further assessment series under that framework.

1.1 All GQ Qualifications

All Conditions in the GQCov Framework will be disapplied in respect of all GQ Qualifications from 10 July 2023.
