Details

Final stage assessment of the impact of proposals in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill on extending the Primary Authority Scheme. This aims to reduce inconsistency in the enforcement of regulation at local level. One of ten impact assessments for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill (URN 12/860-866, 11/1381, 12/644 and 12/648).
