Details

We have designed this book to be of practical use to PCT directors of finance and others with an interest in the allocation of resources to PCTs. 

It should provide you with all the information you need to understand how we have calculated PCT recurrent revenue allocations. The first workbook covers the calculation of PCT baselines, weighted capitation targets and pace of change policy.  The second workbook contains additional information about the calculation of PCT populations.
