Details

For 2019 to 2020 the NHSPRB will monitor the implementation of the 3-year pay and contract reform deal for NHS staff covered by Agenda for Change, which is the national pay system for non-medical NHS staff.

It has also been asked to consider issues raised about the difficulties of recruiting and retaining IT staff.

In making its observations and recommendations, the NHSPRB takes evidence from:

  • the 4 UK governments
  • trade unions
  • NHS Employers
  • NHS Improvement
  • NHS England
  • other interested parties
