This research paper analyses the findings of a telephone survey conducted in late 2011 of 4,075 employers that had people complete an apprenticeship with them in the preceding 18 months. It covers the involvement of employers, their satisfaction and the value and benefits of apprenticeships to them. The underlying data for this publication is also available in a machine processable format on data.gov.uk. See also the evaluation from the apprentices’ perspective.
