Recipient registration

If you are in receipt of one of the funds in the table above, or you have submitted a bid to one of the funds, then you need to submit a recipient registration form.

Your submission provides the responsible department with initial information about you and your project. This will be used to keep you updated and to request additional information, if required.

Steps to register:

  1. Download the ‘Grants Management Function: Recipient Registration Form’ at the top of this page and follow the instructions within the form to complete it.
  2. Once completed, send the form and all applicable grant agreements, in full (including any annexes) to the following email: grants.registration@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
  3. Type the fund name and responsible department (see the table at the top of this page) in the subject line of the email.
For example, 'Europe for Citizens - DCMS'.
No additional information is required in the email. The email should be no more than 25MB. If larger, split into multiple emails with the same subject line.
  4. You will receive an automated reply upon successful submission. If you do not receive this automatic reply shortly after submission, please contact the helpdesk at helpdesk.grants.registration@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.

It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the form and you can save your progress at any time. Please ensure you have followed all instructions and have reviewed your information carefully prior to submission. This will avoid any unnecessary delays.

The Cabinet Office Grants Management Function (GMF) will review each submission and may ask for additional information if the template is incomplete. Your completed submission will then be passed to the government department responsible for your fund and you will be contacted within 10 working days.
