Ofsted aims to be an exemplary employer with a diverse and effective workforce. They ensure that the promotion of equality and human rights and the elimination of discrimination and harassment are embedded in every area of practice, including employment. This is their sixth annual employment report. Since the first report, they have implemented a number of changes to their structures and processes. These have been prompted by efficiency gains, service needs and continuous efforts to find better ways of working.
