The Department of Health has carried out this equality analysis to inform the decision to introduce NHS Information Service for Parents, a digital advice service in the form of emails, including video clips and SMS messages, aimed at parents-to-be and new parents in England, assessing the policy in line with requirements set out in the Equality Act 2010.
