EPRI was requested to review the Leigh Fisher and Jacobs report in its entirety, with specific focus on Leigh Fisher’s work compared to industry standards, as well as EPRI’s internal practices in five specific areas; these areas include assumptions and methodologies, values stated, completeness of analysis, international/outside perspective and uncertainty ranges.
