which came into force on 23 June 2020.

It seeks to provide clear and practical guidance to those affected, or potentially affected, by the amendments to the Act, including:

  • explaining why the government amended the Act
  • describing the practical effects of the amendments
  • offering guidance to businesses and others about what they should do (and not do) as a result of these changes
