Before you fill in your form, read the guidance on claiming your EWCO payments.

To claim EWCO payments for capital works, you must:

• fill in and submit a EWCO claim form
• fill in a grant claim declaration form and submit it with your EWCO claim form
• submit evidence of expenditure to support costs for infrastructure, for example, invoices, receipts or bank statements, with your EWCO claim form
• fill in a EWCO claim evidence declaration form, if you cannot provide evidence of expenditure to support your EWCO claim
• submit a final claim form within your grant funding period even if you have not applied for standard cost items

The first 5 years of annual maintenance payments are triggered automatically when you submit your final capital claim. Fill in and submit an annual maintenance payments claim form in years 6 and 11 only. Each of the claims covers 5 years of annual maintenance payments.
