The guidance describes best available techniques for energy efficiency for combustion and energy from waste plants and provides a template for the assessment, as well as case study examples for a range of plant types and configurations.
It also provides technical information on designs for typical power and energy from waste plants, and considers the interplay with carbon capture-ready requirements for large power stations.
