  1. The scope section has been amended to include data required for the scheme evaluation and assurance. This includes how the payment was delivered to the householder, the date and value of delivery and the date and value of redemption. We've also specified the personal data which will be collected where a payment has not been delivered.

  2. Retention period changed from 10 years to 7 years after collection of your data, in line with our department policy.
