This leaflet is aimed at adults with low literacy who are eligible for the annual flu vaccination. It provides simple advice on:

  • the flu virus and why you need the vaccine every year
  • signs and symptoms of flu
  • how to get your flu vaccination

This leaflet is aimed at children with low literacy who are offered the nasal flu vaccination. It provides simple advice on:

  • the flu virus and why you need the vaccine
  • signs and symptoms of flu
  • how the nasal flu spray is given
