This report covers the Independent Case Examiner’s (ICE’s) work on complaints received between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013 about:

  • the Child Support Agency
  • Jobcentre Plus
  • the Pension Service
  • the Disability and Carers Service
  • Debt Management (part of DWP)
  • contracted businesses that provide services on behalf of DWP

The report also includes information about the standards of service of the Independent Case Examiner’s office.
