Decision of the Charity Commission published on 4 April 2011.

The commission received representations on publishing a draft scheme to deal with a school that had been closed for a number of years by amending the objects and adding a power of sale.

On considering the representations, the commission concluded that it was in the interests of the charity for the scheme to be made, but modified to say the property could be leased but not sold.
