The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Raymond Hillyer.

The proposed variation does not involve substantial change.

Application to vary to a bespoke permit for the storage of sludges/ liquids that are mainly septic tank wastes in a lagoon at farm. Waste will first pass through a grid to remove any contraries. Maximum throughput of 30000 Tonnes per annum, or 3500 Tonnes stored at any one time.
