This technical specification document has been produced to support the EFA funding calculations for post-16 providers.

The purpose of this document is to show, at technical implementation level, the specification behind the Education Funding Agency (EFA) funding calculation for 2013 to 2014 academic year.

The funding calculation has been created using Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) technology.
