This is the final report from the evaluation of the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.
It covers the implementation of the regulations, provides evidence on the levels of compliance, and estimates the impacts of the regulations.
This final report follows on from the 2 previous interim evaluation reports:

The evaluation was conducted by ICF, Verian (formerly Kantar Public), Ereda Consultants and Professor Peter Kemp on behalf of the department.
